opportunities for you to get involved at Sanctuary.
We like to think of them in three different categories:
fellowship groups, volunteer teams, and service opportunities.
Also, please join us for one of our "Next Step" gatherings hosted monthly at one of our members homes. There you will have the opportunity to get to know us and learn more about the church over coffee and dessert. Find out more about the next one coming up here.

Fellowship
Groups
Join a Fellowship Group and get to know people at Sanctuary. Fellowship Groups are made up of 8-15 people who meet once a week to develop community together and to study the life of Christ.
We have a number of Fellowship groups that meet weekly in various locations around the city. As we meet together with a handful of other believers, we hope to foster community that will enable us to grow spiritually and encourage us to serve the people around us. In Fellowship groups, people come to know Jesus and to experience his presence in a way that cannot happen individually. These smaller gatherings become the primary places in the church were we see lives changed and whole communities transformed.

Volunteer Teams
If you are looking to get involved with what we are doing at Sanctuary, there is a place here for you to serve. There are lots of different teams that will use your particular skills, gifts and personality. As we serve side by side, toward a common goal, we become more deeply connected to each other.

Service Opportunities
Once a month there will be an opportunity for the people of Sanctuary to serve together. Our hope is to meet the needs of the people in the community around us as Jesus commands us to. We will provide for the needy, visit the lonely, and pray for the hurting. There are many opportunities in place through established organizations in the city. We will come along side and support these ministries.
We work on a continual basis with a ministy called Without Walls, which seeks to meet practical needs for the impoverished in our city. We also partner with Habitat for Humanity that helps people make a home for themselves when it wouldn't normally be possible.
